Astoria Fishing Charters and Guide Service Cancellation Policy
If you cancel:
We offer a full refund of your deposit for cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice. If you cancel with 13 days or less notice, your deposit will not be refunded. This is because we need sufficient time to rebook your seats.
If we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances:
We will always issue a full refund of your deposit.
No-shows:
If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and date of the trip, you will be required to pay the full price. Unfortunately, this leaves us with no chance to rebook the seats we committed to for you.
